Availability of Items and On Order Products
As you can see, we offer an extended catalog of capoeira products. In the specific case of clothing, BahiaCapoeira is the manufacturer. We don't have a stock of clothing; instead, we make each piece when ordered by the customer. In your Order History page, we will give you an estimated shipping date according the work in our production line and the size of your order.
Our berimbaus are also made to order. To protect the instruments from damage or deterioration, we keep only "raw" material (beribas and gourds) in stock, but not completely assembled berimbaus. Thus, the shipping date will depend of the size of the order.
Footwear and Accessories are in stock and available to ship immediately, like most of the rest of the products. However, some items are avilable "on order." This means that when you place an order, we request the product from our suppliers. The total time to prepare and ship the order will depend on the location and the type of the "on order" products. It is generally between 5 and 8 business days.
Checkout
All the items in your shopping basket appear in your order during Checkout. If you do not want to order all the items, simply edit your shopping basket before clicking "Continue" at the Payment section. When you choose "Order Form" you will be directed to a page with the summary of your order and payment instructions. Your order will not be placed until you have made and confirmed your payment.
We will keep the record of your order for 7 days. If we do not receive payment during that time, your order will be automatically erased.
Order Status
After placing an order you will receive periodic updates on its status via e-mail.

We are unable to accept credit cards, checks, cash, or credit vouchers.

If you have placed an order but not yet paid for it, you do not need to cancel it; orders for which we do not receive payment after 7 days are automatically cancelled.
If you would like to cancel or change an order that you have recently placed and paid for, please email us as soon as possible using our contact form. We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request. However, orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled. Please note: All fees paid using PayPal or Western Union are not refundable
Multiple Shipping Addresses
You can only ship to one address each time you checkout. If you are shopping for people at different addresses, you will need to place each order separately.

No special plug-ins are required to shop at our site; however, from time to time we will have special features which require more than just a Web browser. Anything you'll need is available to download at no charge.
